Adventures Close to Home - Thom Rieck

Long, short, cross country, group, solo and around the world trips. The choices are endless… but what if you’re time constricted yet want to do something fantastic and memorable, especially if you have to plan around work? This is where purpose driven planning comes in, and Thom Rieck has done just that in his home state of Minnesota. On weekends, he rode every single highway in Minnesota in 2018, covering 36,000 miles, documenting every “Welcome to Minnesota” sign along the way. Even though he grew up in Minnesota, there was much more to it than he had ever seen before and some surprises along the way.
