RAW LISTENER QUESTIONS:

Have a question for the RAW panel? Send it to us here.

What is Your Persona - Brian Grohs: You have talked extensively with your co-hosts and guests regarding taking your time to explore a country and mingle with the people v/s Brian's idea of riding the road as that's what it’s all about. This summer because of COVID, I limited my riding to my province of Ontario. In August I did a solo ride for 8 days, averaging 600 or so Kms per day, some days more if it was highway, some less if I was riding fire lanes. I have to admit after those 8 days, I had enough. This really surprised me and it got me wondering why, as normally I could double any ride I completed as soon as I got home. One thing that I considered was that this was a solo ride; there was no one to share the days ride with over dinner and drinks, no one to plan the next days ride with , no one to share a joke with, etc. This got me thinking deeper; could your choice of what is an ideal adventure be related to you being an introvert or extrovert, or you having a Type "A" or "B" personality? Therefore my question to the group, for those that relish mingling and exploring v/s the road riders, what is your persona?

Post Trip Blues - Kevin Weber: I have been fortunate enough to take a few multi-week & month trips. I know a few people who have [as well] & they all seem to have depression set in once they return. I wonder if any of the guests you've spoken to have mentioned this or anyone with RAW has experienced depression after a trip. A person leaves & experiences many things & sights. They come 'home' and cannot relate with old friends & family
